At FebStyle, we want you to love what you wear! If something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help with an easy and customer-friendly return process.
Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
Products must be in their original condition:
Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged.
With all original tags and packaging intact.
Certain items are non-returnable:
Clearance or sale items.
Intimate wear and undergarments.
Customized or personalized items.
Email us at returns@febstyle.com with your order number and reason for return.
We will respond with return instructions and, if applicable, a prepaid return shipping label.
Securely package the item and include a copy of your order confirmation.
Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect your return.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
Shipping fees are not refundable.
Need a different size or color? Email us, and we’ll arrange an exchange if the item is in stock.
If you receive a damaged or defective item, contact us immediately at returns@febstyle.com with photos of the issue.
We will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
For international orders, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
